Starters may be the beef tartare or Saint Jacques scallops, the main course could be langoustines with roasted-lemon-asparagus or côte de boeuf from Luxembourg accompanied by mashed potatoes with truffle. To close this subtle session of fine food a last sweet sin will complete your dinner. How about a crème brûlée refined with a lemon-rosemary-marsala or a chocolate fondant cake with raspberry sorbet?
