Zedel. Truly French cuisine in London.

This brasserie is supposed to be one of the current hot stops in London. Located in the heart of Soho not far from Picadilly Circus you would expect tourists here rather than hipsters, but in fact, it's a nice mix of cool cats, love birds, business people and yes, there might be the one of the other tourist, but this shouldn't bother you. Zedel is the right place for fans of traditional French cuisine and Art Déco Lovers. As soon as you have taken the stairs down from the Café on the first level, original interior styles from the "Golden Twenties" welcome you accompanied by the smell of fresh baguette and French fries. The Steak Frites is fantastic, also the Coq au Vin is supposed to be excellent.

Vegetarians will not find too much (as usual in France), however the menu offers a range of veggie side orders and of course a nice assortment of fine deserts such as Mousse au Chocolat and fruity tartes. A drink at the Bar Américain next door will offer the ideal location for a digestif. Santé!
