I Heart "beet": New Veggie Tastes for Luxembourg.

No matter if you are a vegetarian or not, from time to time it's nice and healthy to not eat meat but just greens and grain. And if they are as subtle as tasty, it's a culinarian pleasure for all senses. Luxembourg needs more of these kinds of veggie and vegan places and since a few weeks carries a new one in its restaurant portfolio: beet. Inspired from the German word for "patch" a group of the young entrepreneurs Pit, Frank and Nico started their new business in June and opened their stylish eatery at Place Guillaume II in the neighborhood of the City Hall and established places such as the Eiscafé Veneziano and Brasserie Guillaume. On the menu guests find vegetarian burgers and sandwiches with homemade fries, great falafel dishes, fresh soups, partly local beers, wines and softs, and fantastic desserts presented in a cool way.
