Lyon is France's third biggest city after Paris and Marseille and famous for especially two things: fine food and fine architecture. The City at the Rhône counts 17 michelin star restaurants including one of the worldwide only 90 three star restaurants from the legend Paul Bocuse. A bit more affordable is his restaurant at the "Institut Paul Bocuse", mainly a school for hotel & restaurant management and culinary arts. You are catered and served by highly talented students that get prepared to become the best chefs and hosts of tomorrow. Characteristic for a French restaurant you will have to deal with meat, so vegetarians will hardly find the right main course here, but for sure the best dessert they've ever had.
